Arriving at the Kempinski, the warm welcome from Mr Mohamad with Saudi coffee was just the beginning. Our spacious Deluxe King Room offered splendid views, and the extensive dining options impressed us greatly, especially the seafood buffet.

We faced noise issues due to a loud service lift near our room. Room service was occasionally slow given the hotel's high standards. Some decor felt a bit outdated as well.
